International customers may order direct from us.
We do not have licensed distributors.
For direct sales we require a credit card, prepayment by bank check, Western Union, or a wire transfer. Checks must be drawn on a US bank in US dollars. Wire transfers will have a $15 service charge added. We will ship as the customer specifies. Rigel Corporation cannot accept letters of credit, personal checks or certified personal checks. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
All orders of international origin are exported from the U.S. in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. Law is prohibited.
International customers ordering hardware, will need to download this document and fax it back to us before we can process your order.
Discounts
Volume discounts are available on all of our products when ordered in quantities of 10 or more. Educational discounts are also available to students and schools, and can be combined with quantity discounts for greater savings.Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard, money orders, COD, personal checks, and purchase orders with approved credit. For credit card orders please contact us by phone or e-mail with the credit card number and expiration date.Shipping
Options include UPS, FEDERAL EXPRESS, US MAIL, Airborne, overnight, second day, third day, ground, and Saturday delivery. DHL is not available in our area.Tech Support

This policy applies only when product purchased directly from Rigel Corporation. If you are not satisfied with the items purchased, prior to usage, you may return them to Rigel Corporation within thirty (30) days of your receipt of same and receive a full refund from Rigel Corporation. This does not apply to books.
Please call (352) 384-3766 to receive an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning product. You will be responsible for shipping costs. All returns must be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Return merchandise in original packaging. All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking charge. "Custom Items" are not returnable and non-refundable.

Items not available for immediate shipment will be shipped as they become available. Items not available at the end of 30 days will be cancelled and refunded/credited. The number of backorder days may be extended beyond 30 days with your approval. If a refund check is issued, the cancelled item can be re-entered without a handling charge if the check and cancellation notice are returned to us.
Custom Products
RIGEL can populate any of our boards with a variety of connectors or memory options. If you need quick disconnect terminal blocks, right angle headers or sockets, or would like the connectors populated on the back of the boards let us know. Usually there is no additional charge for these types of requests and we can get as few as two boards to you in as little as one weeks.RIGEL Corporation offers custom design work, including circuit design, PCB design, software development, and PCB manufacture in prototype and OEM quantities.
